All designs are delivered via your own branded cloud storage portal, where you can easily share and manage client feedback. We handle all revisions promptly.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we are happy to sign NDAs and work with confidential information. We understand the sensitive nature of early-stage startups.
Who owns the design files?
You own 100% of all design files, source code, and intellectual property we create for you. We provide all source files with every delivery.
How do you handle urgent requests?
We understand startups move fast. While our standard delivery is 48 hours, we can often accommodate urgent requests with same-day delivery.
How many requests can I have at once?
Depending on your plan, you can have up to 4 design projects running simultaneously as long as they’re from different service categories. Each subscription supports up to 4 concurrent projects across our 6 core service categories:
